I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had a nice view towards the slopes with some impressive icicles at the window, but it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, with dust everywhere on surfaces. Check-in was delayed until well after the scheduled time of 4 pm, which was a bit inconvenient.
